Any standard Graco or Titan sprayer will work. For acrylic/sebs you will need a minimum of a 3 gal/min @3000psi.

For Silicone/Urethane system your limited to a Graco 933 or Titan HydraX, or a possible air powered King unit as long as you have 2.5+ rpm @6000+ psi.

Yes the tips are fully adjustable. You are able to adjust the width of the spray tips, as well as the angle of the tips with the provided swivel heads.  We set the tips at a standard 12-14" of the spray surface, but those can be adjusted as well if needed.

We provide 2 options that cover basically all standard chemistries. Our Low Pressure 3600 psi unit is used typically for Acrylic and Sebs coatings. 

Our High Pressure unit (6000+ psi) unit is used typically for Urethane & Silicone coatings.

Overspray is something you can only work at containing not eliminating. If you are spraying and there is a pressurized system there will be overspray. Your job is to do your best to watch the wind speed and direction to see if you have any concerns.

The Rabbit Hutch is a screen style material that we brought in from the Spray foam industry.  It allows the wind to still blow through the material but it drastically slows down the velocity.  This allows the material fines to attach to the down wind side of the material and reduce the fines leaving the roof.

The tips are completely adjustable and the Hutch can be used on both left & right orientations.

One piece of the patented design of The Roof Rabbit is the ability to spray both left hand and right hand orientation without changing anything major.  All you have to do is take the 2 drop tubes off and slide the extension tube through the bulkhead tube to the opposite side of the unit. Once the tube is oriented to the other side of the unit you simple reattach the down tubes, set your tip width and angle and you are now oriented opposite the way before.

This allows you to start at the far end of a roof oriented right handed and traveling to the left. Once you are completed with that side you simply re-orient the spray side and start on the near side of the roof with the unit oriented as a left hand spray working yourself off the roof.

RRC LLC warrants all equipment referenced in this document that pertains specifically to The Roof Rabbit and of which is manufactured by/for RRC LLC and bearing its name to be free from defects in material and workmanship on the date of sale to the original purchaser for use. With the exception of any special, extended, or limited warranty published by manufacturer, RRC LLC will, for a period of twelve months from the date of sale, repair or replace any part of the equipment determined by RRC LLC to be defective. This warranty applies only when the equipment is assembled, operated and maintained in accordance with RRC LLC's written recommendations.

This warranty does not cover, and RRC LLC shall not be liable for general wear and tear, or any malfunction, damage, or wear caused by faulty assembly, misapplication, abrasion, corrosion, inadequate or improper setup or maintenance, negligence, accidents, tampering, or substitution of non-RRC LLC parts. Nor shall RRC LLC be liable for malfunction, damage, or wear caused by the incompatibility of RRC LLC equipment with structures, accessories, equipment, or materials not supplied by RRC LLC, or the improper design, manufacture, installation, operation, or maintenance of structures, accessories, equipment or materials not supplied by RRC LLC.

This warranty is conditioned upon the prepaid retum of the equipment claimed to be defective to RRC LLC for verification of the claimed defect.

If the claimed defect is verified, RRC LLC will repair or replace free of charge any defective parts. The equipment will be returned to the original purchaser transportation prepaid. If inspection of the equipment does not disclose any defect in the material or workmanship, repairs will be made at a reasonable charge, which may include the costs of parts, labor, and transportation.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE, AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE

RRC LLC's sole obligation and buyer's sole remedy for any breach of warranty shall be set forth above. The buyer agrees that no other remedy (including, but not limited to, incidental or consequential damages for lost profits, lost sales, injury to person or property, or any other incidental or consequential loss) shall be available. Any action for breach of warranty must be brought within year(s) years) of the date of sale.

RRC LLC MAKES NO WARRANTY, AND DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IN CONNECTION WITH THE ACCESSORIES, EQUIPMENT, MATERIAL OR COMPONENTS SOLD BUT NOT MANUFACTURED BY RRC LLC These items sold, but not manufactured by RRC LLC ( such as wheels, hoses, fittings, spray guns, wands, spray tips, and clevis pins) are subject to the warranty, if any, of their manufacturer. RRC LLC will provide purchaser with reasonable assistance in making any claim for breach of these warranties.

In no event will RRC LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from RRCLLC supplying equipment here-under, or the fumishing, performance, or use of any products or their goods sold hereto, whether due to a breach of contract, breach of warranty, the negligence of RRC LLC, or otherwise.

Return Policy: A full refund will be issued if unit is returned, unused within 10 days of receiving shipment. Due to the custom nature of The Roof Rabbit unit, if unit is used and/or returned 11-30 days after receiving shipment, a 50% refund will be issued, pending an inspection of the unit by RRC LLC deeming the unit is in good, working condition. Refunds after 30 days will be subject to approval by RRC LLC. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred on returns.
